Copy steps in a workflow editor

How: In the visual workflow builder I want basic copy + paste functionality of the parts in a workflow.

Why: So if I have built a good User Assignment step and only want to modify a few bits to reuse it in another area that should be possible with copy + paste.

For Who: All users working with setting up workflows

Impact: This is essential when setting up complex workflows where it should assign to different groups or users depending on different attributes on the entities in the workflow.

Additional context: It should be possible to copy both complete steps but also individual assignments within a step.
