Fix CSV syndicate exports: Let us quote-wrap fields like Excel does

How: Add a "text qualifier" option to CSV output in Syndicate. A checkbox to wrap every field in double quotes (standard RFC-4180). Excel already does this when Save As CSV from XLSX. I just want inriver to do the same.

Why: Picking a delimiter alone fails when product text contains that character. My descriptions have commas, semicolons, tabs, and line breaks. All three delimiter options broke the file. Only quoting fixes it, but currently there's no way to turn it on in Inriver.

For Who: Anyone exporting CSV to retailers, marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms.

Impact: Kills a whole class of silent data-corruption bugs. Bad exports don't error, they just land misaligned and get skipped downstream. A qualifier toggle makes CSV feeds reliable and removes the need for external cleanup scripts.

Additional context: The CSV panel only offers Output type, Delimiter, Data level, and Compression. Delimiters are just semicolon, comma, and tab. No qualifier anywhere.
