Alternate way to sort link

Drag-and-dropping outbound links (in "Includes") is both a bit slow generally since it is one by one, and also very hard for user when the link amount reach the hundreds.

It would be nice with some alternate ways to sort the link, e.g.:

• Sort them via the columns in the table views, and then let users "save" the new order.

• Export the links in Excel and let users sort them any way they want.

• Make the "Index" column in the table view editable, and make it work kind of like how resorting the fields in the expanded field view in Control Center works.
